How it works
1. Leave me your contact details and a brief message.
2. If I think I can help we can arrange an initial 50-minute meeting
3. We can agree on the best way forward together.
Initial Meeting
Our first session is a space to explore your reasons for seeking therapy and to begin identifying your needs. Together, we’ll discuss the most supportive path ahead, and if appropriate, I may recommend alternative forms of therapy or treatment that could better meet your needs.
Individual Sessions
Sessions will last 50 minutes and my fee for face-to-face and online sessions is £80. I currently offer a limited number of low-cost sessions for people who are on low-income, unemployed or students. These spaces are strictly subject to availability.
What therapy can help with
Therapy is not only a place to seek support during difficult times, but also a space to invest in yourself, deepen self-understanding, and create a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling. It offers the opportunity to strengthen your relationship with yourself and develop inner resources that help you navigate life with greater confidence, clarity, and self-trust.
My practice is LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent affirmative and I welcome clients from all backgrounds. My Kensington therapy room is wheelchair user accessible.
I support people with a wide range of concerns, including: anxiety, depression, relationship problems, self-esteem, neurodiversity, managing, expressing and connecting with emotions, family difficulties, life stages, addiction problems, difficulties at work or in retirement, grief, loss or bereavement, issues relating to sexuality, loneliness, and trauma.
