About Me

I trained for four years at Regent’s University in London, I have an MA (with distinction) in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling and I am a Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP). I follow their ethical framework to ensure safe and confidential care for my clients. I am fully qualified and insured as a private practioner.

At its core, therapy is a collaborative relationship. We will work together to explore what matters most to you, at a pace and depth that feels right for you. It is my belief that it is the relationship that heals, in relationally focussed integrative therapy, the most important thing is building a relationship based on trust, honesty, and without judgment.

I believe therapy works best when it honours each person’s individuality. As an integrative therapist, I draw from a range of approaches, shaping our work together around what feels most helpful for you. Rather than leading with theory, I prioritise building an understanding of your personal experience. You are the expert in your own story, and my role is to support you as you explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I don’t believe there is one ‘perfect’ type of therapy that works for everyone in every situation. An integrative approach helps bring together the different parts of who you are, especially when parts of us might feel stuck, conflicted, or disconnected.

Before training as a therapist, I worked in both the fashion and interior design industries, which have enriched my therapeutic practice. Working creatively and closely with people taught me how to listen, understand individual needs, and translate abstract ideas into meaningful outcomes. It strengthened my sensitivity to identity, self-expression, and personal values — all of which inform the way I support my clients in exploring who they are and how they want to live.
